Biography :

Wieslaw Kuzmicz is a professor at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology, Warsaw University of Technology in Warsaw, Poland. In the past he had visiting positions at the Research and Manufacturing Semiconductor Centre in Warsaw, Poland and at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA. His main research interests are in physics and modeling of semiconductor devices and design for manufacturability. He is also an active VLSI designer, now investigating innovative circuit architectures possible in FDSOI technologies.
